Barbara Osborne is owner and Broker
in Charge of Osborne Real Estate. She is a Graduate of the Realtors
Institute (GRI), has her Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) and
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and is a member of
the National and Local boards of Realtors. She currently is serving as
President of the MLS board of Directors for Rockingham County.
She is a member of Leakesville
United Methodist
Church. Barbara
currently volunteers with the Community in Schools programs at Leakesville
Spray Elementary. She is a past president of the Rockingham County Arts
Council, the Eden Jr. Service League and Central Elementary PTSO and was
active in the parent councils at Leakesville Intermediate and Carlisle School. Barbara was awarded the CRS
designation in December 2005. This is the residential real estate
industry’s most advanced “degree.”
Barbara has a B.S. in Home
Economics from UNCG. She is married to William Osborne, a general
contractor, and they have 2 boys both in college now. William is a life
long resident of Rockingham
County and Barbara
has been a resident for 25 years

Bill Hughes is a native of Burlington, NC.
He graduated from Elon
High School and the Design
Drafting Program at Alamance
Community College. He
has a BS in Business Administration from Elon University. Bill was an Assistant
Engineer with Duke Power before a 30+ year career in textile management
with Kayser-Roth Hosiery, Macfield Texturing and
Unifi. Inc. He managed plants in Stoneville and Madison until 2002. A
Broker, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, and Accredited Buyer
Representative Program, Bill holds the GRI and ABR designation and is a
member of the REALTOR’s association. He operated
Bill Hughes and Associates in Eden
before joining Osborne Real Estate. He has been in real estate since 2002.
Bill has a daughter, Kristi Kelly, with 3 grandchildren, in Burlington and a son, Tripp who lives in New England. When Bill is not working with clients,
you may find him sailing or riding motorcycles with his fiancée, Bonnie
Hall.

Charissa Wilkinson A lifelong resident of Rockingham County, is
overjoyed about beginning her real estate career with Osborne Realty in Eden, North
Carolina.
After graduating from McMichael High School;
she attended East
Carolina University
and UNC-Greensboro. Charissa then took some time off to explore and travel
the United States from coast to coast. She has been back in the Rockingham County area for over two years now
and is so enthusiastic about the many possibilities that are ahead of her
in this new venture as a realtor.
